Managing the team and negotiating with the suppliers & customers.
Explaining about products & services to the clients.
Dealing tactfully with customer concerns (pre-sales and post-sales).
Coordinating with other departments.

Develop and implement an effective search strategy based on audience insights and search behavior, map, and improve our clients SERPs with competition on targeted keywords.
Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and achieve maximum ROI from spend.
Create and optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
Research and analyze competitor advertising links and keywords.
Work with the technology team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all our clients properties.
Work with the digital marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Generate leads for our clients.

Maintaining current HR files and databases.
